LogionOS, Inc. (operating as LogionACE) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
1. Information We Collect
We collect what you type into our evaluation and report request forms:
- Evaluation request form — your name and work email, your organisation, a description of the system to be evaluated and how it can be reached, the evaluation you are asking about, and any notes you add. The form does not accept credentials, and we do not ask for any.
- Public report request form — your name, work email, organisation, and the report you requested.
- Payment records — if you pay for an approved scope, our payment provider holds the payment details. We store a reference to the payment and never see or store your card number.
- Server logs — ordinary request logs kept by the service that receives the form, for security and debugging. Your status link is designed so that its token stays out of them.
We do not run analytics, we do not set tracking cookies, and no third-party advertising or analytics script is loaded by this website. The Research page asks for no personal information. Our pages do load a web font hosted by Google Fonts, which means Google sees the request your browser makes for it; we intend to serve those fonts ourselves.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Scope and quote the evaluation you asked about, and reply to you.
- Deliver a requested public report and follow up about relevant LogionACE evaluation services.
- Administer an engagement you have approved, including payment and delivery.
- Keep the service secure, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not use your evaluation data to train models, and we do not use your request details for unrelated marketing.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Evaluation requests go directly to our own service. Public report requests are processed by Formspree, Inc. so the request can be delivered to our team, and Google Workspace delivers the requester confirmation email. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. as an independent processor. We host our website and API with infrastructure providers acting on our instructions. We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
4. Data Retention
Request and engagement records are retained for a maximum of 24 months, and longer only where an accounting or legal obligation requires it. Evaluation logs and test artifacts are automatically purged after 90 days. Delivered reports and their evidence packages are retained so that we can reissue them to you. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
5. Data Security
We protect your data using industry-standard measures, including TLS encryption for data in transit and role-based access controls for stored data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
6. International Transfers
Your data may be stored and processed in the United States. By using our website and services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the U.S., subject to applicable data protection laws.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Restrict or object to certain processing activities.
